At Larkholme, we value all our pupils and want to ensure that their time with us is productive, happy and successful. We have high expectations in regard to behaviour and believe that all our pupils should follow our rules: Ready, Respectful, Safe. With the support of parents and carers, we aim to help each child to grow and develop into a responsible citizen. We understand that there may be times that some pupils will need additional support to achieve this goal and we will work closely with individuals to make sure that they succeed.

At Larkholme, we have a team of specialist support staff who are available to answer questions and offer support at any time. If you have any questions or would like support please speak to either: Mrs Sims, or Mrs Mellow.

For more information please see our behaviour policy.

Whole School Awards

The children have all been voting for the next Golden Ticket Award. They have chosen to have a petting zoo visit as they all love animals!

Both KS1 and KS2 have voted for the same reward so there will be 2 sessions on the day- one for KS1 and one for KS2.

Start earning those tickets!

This term we are going to be running our Golden Ticket raffle. Children may be awarded a Golden Ticket for showing respect, resilience, responsibility or good attendance. The tickets will go into our raffle and those whose name is pulled out will be invited to take part in either the trip with Commando Dave or to attend the mobile petting zoo (see leaflet for more details).

We look forward to giving out Golden Tickets to all those children with exemplary behaviour.

Each term the house team with most jewels will receive the treat of their choice.

Every jewel each individual pupil collects can be exchanged for prizes from the Larkholme shop.

Exceptional work receives a Head Teacher award.

Each Friday we have a ‘shout out assembly. This is for teachers to give a shout out to pupil or pupils who have stood out that week and for pupils to give shout outs to their peers.

Lunchtime Awards

At lunchtimes the welfare staff will give out a golden star to those children following our lunchtime rules. Pupils that receive the star are invited to have lunch on the golden table on a Friday.
